We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. All items sold are final sales except for manufacturing defects. All items sold and not refundable.
We strongly suggest our customers check their goods thoroughly upon receipt. To protect your interest, any claim concerning short delivery, damaged or defective goods found on delivery, and damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible by emailing us at hauswhizzconsultancy@gmail.com.
Please note that we require images or videos as well to better assist you with regard to the defective item.
1. Validity For Exchanges & Returns
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of receiving the goods. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made through email hauswhizzconsultancy@gmail.com with images and videos of the item.
- You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
- Kindly print and fill up the Exchange Request Form and attach it to the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
- Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your exchange or return is ready. Generally, the processing period is 7 working days upon receipt of your returned parcel/goods.
- No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned, and onward shipping charges of refunded or exchanged items.
- Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there will be charges if the returned item is found dented or damaged. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:
- Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Damaged Charges (only if applicable)
- However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, hauswhizz.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or any other methods at the discretion of hauswhizz.com.
2. Product Warranty
- Our standard 1-year product manufacturer warranty automatically covers all items that are sold at hauswhizz.com.
- The product warranty allows you to exchange any parts and/or products that lie under manufacturing defects.
- Our exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or incidental damage resulting from your use or wear and tear of a product.
- Neo Livin makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose.
- All decisions made by hauswhizz.com is final.
3. List of Warranty Cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
- Cushion - All seat cushion cores and foams will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered as normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss resiliency or manufacturing defect.
- Upholstered Fabric - All upholstered fabric shall not be covered for tears, flattening or nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse evident.
- Leather - Leather is a natural fibre, and such each hide will reflect its own individually. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected, as are the nicks, scratches and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics shall not be considered as defect.
- Velvets, PU Leather, Protective Finishes and Orlon (Acrylic Fiber) - These fabrics has a soft nature and will crush, shade and marked more easily than most fabric; these characteristics shall not be considered as defect.
4. Other Terms & Conditions
- All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
- We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
- Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or incidental damage resulting from your use or wear and tear of a product.

Every service or product you get from us comes with a 12-month warranty, ensuring that you enjoy our quality work for a long time.
2. Warranty Coverage
What's Covered: Our warranty specifically includes:

Furniture mechanisms like hinges, knobs, etc.

Factory defects in manufactured items.
What's Not Covered:

Defects in workmanship. We take pride in our craftsmanship and have a final defect checklist process before full project handover. If any workmanship defects are not flagged during this stage, they will not be covered under warranty.

Natural wear and tear.

Damages arising from natural disasters.

Misuse by the property owner.

3. Making a Claim
If you encounter an issue that falls under our warranty:

Ensure your claim is made within the 12-month period from project completion and ensure that the issue is covered under our warranty provisions.

Provide clear images and proof of the damage. This will help us expedite your claim and provide the necessary support.
4. Repair & Replacement Policy
Our primary approach is to repair any issues that fall under warranty. However, if a particular issue cannot be repaired, we'll provide a one-to-one replacement for the damaged item. WeReka does not offer any other forms of compensation.
5. Transfer of Warranty
The warranty provided is strictly for the initial owner of the property where the renovation took place. It is non-transferable.
6. Updates to Our Privacy Policy
We might periodically change this Warranty Information. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our website or by email.
