1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently provide shipping to West Malaysia with no additional charges.

We ship orders via our dedicated partners and courier services as follows:

1. Klang Valley — J&T Cargo Malaysia / Line Clear Malaysia / Own truck delivery (est. 7-10 working days), door-to-door delivery.
2. West Malaysia (Peninsular) — Line Clear Malaysia (est. 7-10 working days), door-to-door delivery.

2. Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed on the next working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Deliveries to West Malaysia

Couriered orders via J&T Cargo Malaysia / Line Clear Malaysia
Delivery via Courier will reach within 7-10 working days of dispatch from the warehouse. Please note that J&T Cargo / Line Clear will deliver without notification.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email or message will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 12-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for the courier company to contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery via our own lorry
Delivery via our own lorry will reach within 7-10 working days of dispatch from the warehouse. Please note that the lorry driver will call upon arrival.

One day before the order has been dispatched, an email or message will be sent to you with the driver & lorry details. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our customer service on WhatsApp (017-220 3141), with your Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for the lorry driver to contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Mode of Payments

We accept payments for all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, online FPX banking via Billplz and a 3-months installment free plan via Atome.
